HT/HP is a versatile dyeing machine for treating material in various forms. The range starts from 5kg to 100kg designed for high operation temperature 140C and pressure 5 bars. The dyeing machine and all wetted parts are made of AISI 316/316G highly corrosion resistant stainless steel.

Circulation Pumps: heavy duty stainless steel centrifugal pump with high flow rate. (Inverter drive can be supplied on request)

Reversal flow: Liquor flow direction is reserved automatically at preset time intervals from inside out to outside in and vice versa according to requirement.

Liquor Ration: 1:6 to 1:10

Heat exchanger: In direct heating and cooling coil is provided for rapid rise in temperature up to 4C/min at steam pressure of 7kg/cm2
